Agree, but purely for obtaining Emerald we are talking 2 round trips to europe

There are a few lounges in Colombo - the top lounge is reserved for Sri Lankan Business class and top tier status. The lounge has showers.

I was in the lounge the same time CMB-FCO was departing. It was pretty quiet there, maybe about 15 pax.

We didn't use the showers in our previous stopovers, however it has been suggested before that you ask to use the 'disabled' showers.

All working fine for me... can select flights and go through to 'enter passenger details' page.

Maybe your computer is balking at the new price structure?? Do. Not. Book.

(BTW, Kuwait Airways is offering AUD1850 return KUL-CDG. A340 from KUL offers seating in the first class cabin for business class)

sam chui seems to have a lot of fun on their flights!! And the first class menu is pretty impressive. Total journey time KUL-CDG is 21 hours. not too bad.

We've had it good for a while. I've had 4 Europe (LHR, ROM, CDG x 2) trips at bargain basement prices in 3 yrs. plus I always tacked on a few days at Negambo each way to laze at the beach. But I'm 'easy' so BKK for me although I don't have a foreseeable need.

I can get the the main site ok - srilankan.com but if you try booking, it goes to - book.srilankan.com - and often times out.

I suspect it's Telstra mobile that I use. I also have trouble accessing checkmytrip.com

But move to another ISP and it's OK.
