+1... very true.. i have enquired (3 times over the last year) into the int a330 cabin upgrade situation ..... and never have received a reply from anyone 'in the office'!!
It is a pity that it is like that. It kills product consistency, and it is a pain that you can't do Y+ from these supposed secondary ports such as PER. What does the future hold of the 333's I don't know. But if you want to increase market share internationally, don't forget us on the west coast;)

I really can't wait for the whole OW MH thing to clear itself up - hopefully they'll join in 2012 as previously stated (though there is significant rumour now that this won't happen). The reason is that over here, in PER, everyone except OW carriers seems to take the port seriously and want the business.

Internationally, JQ seems to have overtaken almost all QF's old routes. Domestically, we seem to have a never ending stream of really worn out 767's. Luckily for me, I can generally choose flight day/time and nab those very few decent planes but its such a lot of work.

It appear to me sometimes that QF/OW really don't want the business as almost every imaginable roadblock is presented, along with viable alternatives from their competition.
