The guy in front was real edgy in the PER queue for some time and by the time we got to the exit was real mad, he asked one of the staff who is the boss, said that guy coming out of that door over there, he remarked "hiding in his cubby hole" he walked up to the guy and let it fly, was told to move on, guy said "I'm through so your going to hear me out", man did he give this guy a serve, outside I shook the guys hand :)

Might have made the guy feel better, but achieved nothing.
