Does anyone know the policy about the partially used award ticket? I redeemed a return ticket by using KF points on SQ flight. I have to change the date of return ticket as my grandpa is in the hospital.

Do you want to change the date of the return flights or cancel it altogether?

I want to change the date of return flights. Can I change? How much is the fee if I can?
If no biz class seat available, I'd go with economy class. May I get some miles back?

A change of date is usually $25 USD. Though I am not sure what they would do if you have partially used a flight.

Service Fees

I would just call SQ and see what they say.

I was also under the impression that you can't (easily) make changes to an award ticket once you've already flown part of it. But it's worth giving them a call - please do let us know how you go.

I wrote an email to them before I posted this, so I did not have the outcome of third question.
I received the email from SG.
1. Yes I can change the date (date only) with $25 as long as the biz available.
2. Normally I can not change cabin class. But I can change if I insist and I won't get back the mile points.
Not sure the third question regarding cancelling my ticket.
