Just returned from a COVID delayed and Credit voucher ticketed trip to UK and Singapore and all flights are showing as Classic flight rewards and thus not generating the expected Points and Status Credits.

I did the request missing points on the website, and was rejected.

Any thoughts?

Flights were originally paid for in 2020 and then converted to voucher when AUS shut down. This voucher was then used for this trip.

So this voucher was used for classic flight rewards on the trip you took?

Unfortunately not, just shows a breakdown for the 5 PAX with a $ amount. Status was just Economy Confirmed.
Seems strange.

Ok, a weird question, but clarification needed to assess the situation.

Was this travel originally booked directly through Qantas?

Yes though the call centre as it was not possible to book credit trips that were not straight return flights.

That's unfortunate.

I do believe PNR information hangs around for a time. That is what you need to access to find such information as booking class for each segment.
Agree. QF do archive Pax PNRs for a certain amount of time post travel. It needs a human to go and look at the history to figure out what was booked and when and it should be immediately obvious that the bookings were in a revenue class.

I would call through to QFF (not res).

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Thanks for that, so the Qantas Gold number on the back of the card.

Thanks everyone, just spoke to ZA and they are sorting it out. Could do the QF metal flight manually, but for the EK metal leg, have had to email the boarding passes to them. As a bonus I just logged onto my QF account, and I have got status credits, and a tiny number of miles, for the AY legs, which I was not expecting.
