I was checking the online mall points reward status of my most recent Woolworth's online order.
It was the first one to have a status of declined, even though I had not bought any gift cards or cigarettes, nor had I returned any of the items I purchased.
Declined status is defined on the mall as follows :-
I logged a support ticket with the online Mall and it was rectified with 30 minutes.
Wanted to let you all know in case you are missing out on points.
Fortunately it was resolved fast enough that I didn't have to fly into a bag rage

- Declined - The store has informed us that this order (or part of your order), is not eligible to earn Qantas Points. It may not be eligible because you have purchased a non-eligible product, such as a Gift Card, or because you have returned or cancelled a product. Please see the individual store’s Terms & Conditions for more information.
