Oneworld RTW award?

Mine is 16 right now. You can have as many transfers as you like, just not in the same city. If you are going to smallish places, the transfers stack up pretty quick.

Would something like this be an acceptable itinerary ?

CGK-HKG-JED(stop)-KUL-MEL(stop)-SIN(stop)-SYD(stop)-KUL-BNE(stop)-SYD-SIN-HKG-CGK

That is actually 38k miles but if I know its all good I can just tweak it.

Looks OK to me. Chuck it into the multi-city engine with whatever dates are available and see what it spits out.

Someone claimed on the ASA thread that oneworld explorer awards might be increased in points price. What is this allegation based on?
Pure speculation or sour grapes.

It had better not increase in QFF points required as there is no justification what so ever.

Looks Ok, to save miles you may also be able too look at something beginning at HKT (-KUL-JED-etc)

Hi, I've seen this a few times that you have to book approximately 365days ahead if you were to use QFF points (which is capped at 140,000 points for economy up to 35000 miles), any chance I can book now for a 3-month rtw trip early next year? I scheduled a trip with rtw.oneworld.com, but it didn't actually show the mileage. Where should I go to view mileage before ring them?

Thanks.

The award is not a RTW. It is quite different with many different rules. I'm on the iPhone so can't link the thread, but please look for a massive thread on the Oneworld award under the QFF sub-forum. The title itself has a bunch of numbers in it for the different class of award (ie Y, J, F).
