Oh yeah! Virgin points error

Just noticed Virgin only deducted half the points required from my account on a recent booking. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I use them before they discover their mistake ? brewwwhewwwhaaaa (evil laugh)

It would probably be fair to say the best advice when benefitting from a mistake would be to remain silent and enjoy! :)
 
In light of recent stuff ups across the board in many areas, I'd say pretty safe to say they'd apologise and not to worry about it. And besides....would prob take you 90 mins to get through to someone who would have no idea what you're talking about anyway!
