Another day, another anti JQ story, or perhaps a good JQ story trying to address customer impressions that are wrong, in short:
1, Jetstar makes it clear when booking you may not fly that day
2. Jetstar has a good departure versus cancellation record
3. Its not really saving much to cancel close to the flight time.
4. All airlines cancel uncommercial flights

I think its good that the press is highlighting the fact that a ticket is not a promise to get you where you are going at the time inidcated, will be interested to read the comments.......
