Struggling to use your Frequent Flyer Points?

Frequent Flyer Concierge takes the hard work out of finding award availability and redeeming your frequent flyer or credit card points for flights.

Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, the Frequent Flyer Concierge team at Frequent Flyer Concierge will help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Classic reward options (ones that dont earn points SCs) and (J) Business class Any Seat Awards that do.
Technically, we should all be calling (these particular bookings) UASA and (in the case of F) PASA.

Technically, JASAs were always available!

Hi guys

Looking from some help - as a newbie I'm trying to put thread into perspective. I'm looking at a JASA Syd - Sing in Sept 2011 and they're asking for 250K points each way. Would that be about right? Or, does it seem a little high?

Many thanks

John

Thats very high, try and be flexible, for instance if you look at BNE-SIN on the 8th its around 85K one way, and that is giving you a chance at having a F seat as its more than likely a four class aircraft with no F sold on the route, you could always book a SYD-BNE JASA to go with that!

Hi John,

SYD-SIN when U (Business Class) class is available is around 87K points or when P is available about 119K for First. These are each way for ASAs.

It's just that QF releases very few U and P seats on the QF31 and QF5 - maybe try closer to to the date.

Try the QF9 / QF10 - MEL-SIN - more options there sometimes for ASAs. SIN-SYD is a bit easier and not as hard as SYD-SIN,.

Hope it helps,

Well just got an FASA for APR next year LAX-SYD, my first ASA and I am stoked.

What points cost. Haven't checked today but still get 1 million plus one way MEL-LAX in J all dates. Will check once I load up the laptop hopefully fixed

144,000 QFF points. It was the only one available on the A380 for a week each way. A fellow AFFer got the same trip a week earlier and rang me to let me this one was available. I snapped it up very quickly.
