No E Standby Upgrades showing

Just booked two stays, one in the Hilton Dubai and the other Conrad Hong Kong (Points and Pay).

I am Hilton Gold

There are no E Stanby Upgrades showing on the Hilton HHonors site for either booking.

Has there been a change?

Im HH gold with Conrad HK booking too at the end of the month and its the same for me

Individual hotel managements can choose whether or not to offer the Nor-1 opgrades.

This offering can be varied to not offering on certain days of a week or other criteria.

I have 8 reservations in my account.

NOR1 upgrades are showing on all but 3 of them (one of which is Points+Pay and the other one points).

Ahh could be a points plus pay issue, as thats the only Way i could afford HK conrad!

Agree vitagen points + pay certainly makes it affordable.
