no Australian number for the EY call centre.have to call AUH

Up until a few months ago there was an australian number to call the call centre and it went to manchester.
now you seem to have to call Abu dhabi to talk to them -
so I tried the US call centre on Skype.
unfortunately when you press the different buttons once on line Skype doesn't connect to the relevant places.
so still no way to call them
ridiculous isn't it?
anyone have a better way. calling the middle east is very expensive.
obviously they don't want to be able to service Aussies.

The 1300 532 215 number listed on their website seems to work, although I didn't hang on the line to try and talk to anyone.

Not sure where the OP got her info from but I have called the above 1300 number in the last few weeks to organise chauffeur esrvices, select seats etc.

I have been calling a Sydney number when I call now it gives me a Middle East number. I did not know there was a 1300 no and when I went on the website it directed me to an Abu Dhabi number. I will try the 1300 no .

ah yes right down the bottom you select sydney and yes it does change

Before the Moderators lock this thread, can I just point out that Sydney is not the centre of the universe. The rest of us underprivileged non-Sydney dwellers are used to not calling a Sydney number for everything and anything.

Now lock it.

For the record there is a call centre in their office at Chifley Tower, but it is not for pax use. I believe it's for TAs, corporate clients and ticketing.
