Nice wines I have drunk recently - Red or White

As it turns out my new job is <500m from OT. went there for lunch today, only had a glass so had to leave with the rest of this, my namesake wine.

Felt sorry for the guy on a table near us that bought in a 1972 Lindemans Burgundy. He eventually extracted the cork, one sniff and it went down the sink :-(

Has anyone here drunk the 2004 Penfolds Bin 60A? I have a bottle in my wine fridge and am wondering what I can expect and whether I should hold for a special occasion or get on with it... Penfolds suggest drinking 2012-2040 but I would think 21yrs in the bottle might be enough(?)

Maybe use these notes as a guide to make a decision https://www.cellartracker.com/notes.asp?iWine=168935

Thanks @Daver6 - I hadn't seen those. Sounds like I could hold a little longer, maybe until my son's palate develops to include red wine (he was born 2004 and I bought it intending for his 21st, but held off opening it as he just wouldn't enjoy it)

There would no rush to drink it at 21 years of age IMHO.
