Stunning. Beautifully aged, intact cork, rich cassis, chocolate,micenice integrated fruit, good tannins. Very happy with purchase. $350.

Not by me. Been drinking periodically over the years when I can’t get La Tour (where we had a personal tour in the 80’s). I remember the Chatau La Tour we had first in restaurant in Alfriston East Sussex around 1979 when I was post doc at Sussex, ( my uncle was visiting and it cost £25, and at Eastwell manor in Sussex for Xmas in 2009 for £250).It's a seriously underrated wine IMHO.

Too expensive now but Les Forts is approachable. Les Forts used to be cheap.![]()
