Does this mean the house is closing? This new lounge sports a separate first class section and takes up the space vacated by The House.
It’s moved down to the old Cathay Pacific lounge - though ‘The House’ brand was retired quite a while ago too. Now the Aspire lounge.Does this mean the house is closing?
Given the House had tarmac views I suspect no dungeon.Nice, will the F section have tarmac views too, or will it remain "in the dark"?

Back in the VAi days, I recall looking out over gate 15 several times as I waited for boarding.
In reality, a lounge existed in that space already. So infrastructure such as plumbing partition should already exist. However I cannot help but ask - are they really sure September is when it’ll open?

This is the timeline from the company building it so I can believe it.This new lounge looks really impressive. A huge game changer from the old dungeon lounge.

I welcome this news but I also note it’s quite a bit earlier than the original early 2027 ETA, and as I have a flight from MEL in October, as a Krisflyer Elite Gold, this has really gotten my hopes up. Maybe I’m overthinking it but while SQ has precedent for new Business Class seat products to be delayed, I guess it’s not really the same for new lounges?
If it does open in September then wonderful and I look forward to giving this forum a comprehensive review.
