This lounge is well worth hiking over to if you have the time and aren't arr/dep from a nearby gate. Compared to my experience of the overcrowded OG lounge, this one had very few people in it making it calm and inviting and definitely refreshing. (It is also as difficult to find as the OG lounge.)
The areas are well spaced out with the dining and family areas a long way from the beverages only, shower, prayer rooms area which offers a nice distinction to spaces.
I walked straight in for a shower, not another passenger in sight.
There were as many staff members as there were passengers! So many of them literally standing around waiting for someone to ask them a question.
I asked an attendant at the buffet if there was any cut up fruit (there was otherwise only bowls of apples which I wasn't in the mood for) and she said they would bring me a plate. So they will do things on request for people. There's a sushi bar as well.
Rosé champagne on offer was Philipponnat. Not a patch on the on-board rosé champagne which is Laurent-Perrier Grande Cuvée Alexandra (which has quite the price point!!)
