Just received this from EY Guest

Starting 16 July, Pearl Business Class guests can enjoy a dedicated Business Class Lounge at Abu Dhabi International Airport, Terminal 1.

To make way for this exclusive enhancement to your Etihad experience, work will commence to convert the existing Diamond First Class Lounge in Terminal 1 from 10 July.

Guests flying Pearl Business Class out of Terminal 1 can continue to use the Business Class Lounge in the same terminal. Diamond First Class guests and Etihad Guest Gold Elite members can enjoy the world-class service and hospitality at the dedicated Diamond First class Lounge at Terminal 3.

So next time you fly through Abu Dhabi in Pearl Business or Diamond First Class, enjoy a place to relax created especially for you.

I got this too. So am I correct to interpret this "enhancement" as the removal of an F lounge rather than the addition of a J lounge? There was already a J lounge in both T1 and T3. I assume the J lounge in T1 will be bigger now though, which is not a bad thing. Especially as I've never had the privilege of getting into the F lounge anyway!
