Yes it does. I was in there on Thursday.

Lounge looks nice but can get noisy. The old EK lounge did not feel noisy but maybe this time the reason was I was on the flight to HKG has more status members accessing lounge rather than flights back to Australia.

Lounge is nice and functional. Internet speed is great, better than the EK lounge in Sydney but I have found the food quality in the BKK lounge a bit hit and miss.
