About to buy 4 new Pirelli tyres for the car. What's the bet there's an offer right after I get them.

Can't hold off so this afternoon bought 4 tryes @ $298ea f&b. That's $150 off usual price for the four. Not remarkable but the fronts are down to the wear marks. Only need 2 so will hold 2 tyres at home with f&b prepaid. I have around 10k left on the rears. Fitting this Friday.

I would not be worrying about these offers for car tyres. I get $100 per tyre difference easily by calling around town every time.

This is getting off topic, but how do you prove your price match? Like if I got a shop quoting me Good Year model xx_ for $200, how could I prove it to My Car that I really got quoted $200?
