New Amex statement credits

Some new offers today but maybe not the tsunami some were hoping for;

La Mer Online - 200 / 40
Ezibuy - 40 / 20

and some Freedom Online offer that gives you 100 credit (not Amex credit) if you pay 99 to join.

Certainly nothing to salivate too much about there!

I also have 5ppd for Avis and Max Mara on the Charge card.

There's a trend - 3am on Tuesday morning (not sure if adjusted to daylight savings, will find out next week if I can't sleep) and what I do know is some (or most) of these promo's aren't entirely funded by Amex themselves. The participating merchants have to fund large chunk of the credit on offer, I am guessing there's less and less of them wanting to get involved so these deals are getting coughpier by the month.

Or it is just the long term pattern where most deals in terms of better value (whether cashback or the pre bonus point type promos) come out in the last quarter of the calendar year....
 
Last day of the BP offer. Redeemed 3 times today. Funny when you fill up and the person before filled up $40.

I think the marketing teams are getting smarter. Surely the person who approved the HN offer must have lost his/her job. That was just too awesome.

I think this was targeted, so there will be no manual link. I didn't get it on all of my cards.
 
Avis 5 points for every $1 spend.
Finally practical offer but got it only on the Plat Charge.
 
sorry didn't want to make a new thread but how many credit cards can hold from amex at the same time in my name(not sup cards)?

From info in this thread, you can hold 2 x Amex credit cards and 1 x Amex charge card at the same time. (Personal cards)
