Got my first statement a week ago, had easily met the $5,000 net approved spend but less than 5,000 points credited, so error was a bit obvious.
Called, was told earn rate was incorrectly calculated on the new (>1 oct) rate.

I bet they don't proactively fix it for everyone either, it will just be for people to call up to request it.

Also worth noting the signup offer has changed.

Previous:

$250 cashback and 100,000+30,000 Qantas points​

Now:

$200 cashback and 50,000+30,000 Qantas points​

So for anyone who opened in the last 3 months and hasn't got the bonus or cashback yet, worth double checking that they honour the previous amount and not the new amount.
