Ditto for me as well but no June or August points but these only total just under 5K ;)

Got the points too. Still no July or August points unfortunately. Like kpc, these are small beer and I'm not sure whether it's worth taking the matter up with FOS or just cancelling the card and drawing a line under this saga.

I think I’ve come across an error – hopefully not, haha.

I signed up a few months ago for the NAB Qantas Rewards card, spent the qualifying amount and earned 115k in Bonus QFF points.
However today, I logged in, and I have received the bonus, AGAIN!

I think this is an error, however, I did get an additional card holder on the account, which would have also spent the qualifying amount on the card, cards have different numbers also. Would this pay double the bonus points? Surely not, surely this is an error?

No it is not an error...it is NAB's way of saying sorry.... I would suggest, shhhh..................

So the statement is the same, as both cards are for the one account. I haven't received the latest statement, It's not due to come yet.
I have previous statements which show the bonus points being awarded with the points accrued through that current month, however, this is a pure 115k credited to my QF account under the NAB vendor.

In my case, the 115,000 did not show on my statement which is why this has come as a shock. I'm also within 90 days of reaching the $4k spend FWIW.

Earned my 115K bonus in the July statement.
Called NAB yesterday due to my August regular spend points not having been deposited yet - 2 weeks late. They apologised and said it was a known issue this month, and to be patient while they resolved the issue. This morning I woke to find another 115K has randomly been deposited by NAB today! :)
Still haven't received my Aug spend points yet, but I think I might let that go... for now. ;)

Looks like NAB's IT f..up is now working in our favour ;). It seems the 115K bonus pts is being added manually.

Im sure NAB IT will work out the issue and take back the points.
Im assuming like incorrectly deposited money into ones bank account, this would be fraudulent to use the points.

Maybe if still there in 12 months then its okay....

I had "Standard Points" and "Bonus Points" listed separately on my first statement.

Just got the bonus points credited. Have only received "Standard Points" from my 2nd statement but not 1st or 3rd.
 
Got a message today from someone at NAB "following up on my FOS complaint". Haven't had a chance to call back (time zones don't match).

That said, my missing points and bonus points all processed today. No word about what they're doing to "sweeten" it.
 
My last conversation with NAB agent is that the point issue will be fixed by the next statement. My statement is now 2 days over due. No regular points, no bonus points, no nothing. NAB agents have always promised to call me back within a certain time frame, none of them have ever called me back.

Just can't believe that it is one of the big 4 in Australia.

I will have to log an FOS complaint then.

I assume they’re in India based on the name and written English. It doesn’t address any issues at all, however confirms all points have been paid (which they now have) and offers $1000 cash as compensation. I had requested an additional 115,000k points with no mention of a cash settlement.

Similar experience, three times advised the points will be in the next statement cycle and no points have appeared, looks like I will have to use the FOS to trigger some response. I find it hilarious that NAB are running another Qantas points promo.

Wow you’re definitely milking them for all the points you can get.
 
Does anyone have any update on this? No points posted since June! It’s been 3 months and my statement says NIL too!

Read the thread. There are numerous reports to view. Especially about people being proactive in attempting to resolve their issues. Why are you waiting? Act immediately.

I will say it again....if you haven't got your points esp. the bonus points, make a complaint to FOS....then NAB will listen! Ask for $$ compensation on top of the points. Stop wasting your time ringing NAB....it wont get you anything apart from more frustration! Right now, I sit back and think what a great outcome I got out of NAB because of their IT F...k up!!
