As everyone has said, a great read as well as a TR. And, like many, I read it all in one go. Coincidentally, I will be ticking off one of my bucket-list points at the end of the year with a First Class trip to England and am looking even more forward to it after reading yours! Hopefully, if I can do a TR half as interesting as yours, I will be happy. Mind you, I'm cough with the camera!

I agree - it makes an experience all that more memorable when this type of appreciation is shown. there is a link on the qf site to give feedback. I have done so before always good.

Thanks JustinF - very inspiring TR - I love that you didn't act like it was an every day occurrence to be in F - good to see some of the magic in your eyes - I'm sure thats what the FAs on your flight over enjoyed too.

I finally got around to reading this - agree with the others, great Trip Report.

It was terrific to read your experiences written through a non jaded eye.

Oh, I guess Dusty has fixed things a bit for the Tigers ...

Re DFW and lounges, there's a lit of naunces.

One is that the drink voucher are for premium drinks, that have basic wine, beer (often Bud) and sprits at no charge (other than a tip).

The vouchers can be used for premium beverages such as "Sam Adams" and better wines. Also, if you run out of vouchers you can go back to the service desk for more.

I’ve read this trip report several time now. Usually whenever it gets bumped to the top. It’s just as good the sixth time through as it is the first. Fantastic!
