I think you need to wait a few weeks, I booked an activity earlier this year for 3 April and the points posted 13 May.
I have a couple more I did end November and am still waiting and I don't expect to see them till the first week of January.
If you do need to chase it up go to QFF - they love chasing these things up because it means money for them!

I'm beyond 8 weeks now since I did the activityMy two activities on 29 and 30 November both posted 19 January which is just after the 7 week mark. I think the T&Cs may have said it could take up to 8 weeks.

Booked and completed a Qantas/Viator activity January 2015. Never received the points, didn't have time to chase it up over the small amount of points. Will just avoid such further bookings in the future.
