Missing QF points from QF partner - who to contact?

About 3 weeks ago, I booked a day tour through the QF website, and note that Viator provided the service. Who do I contact re missing QF points as I should have earnt 1 QF per $ spent? QF, Viator or...? Thanks!
 
I'd reckon Qantas noting you booked through their site, but...

When is the trip? It is likely the points won't be credited until Viator reports that you've actually taken the tour.
 
Some of those type of points deals take up to 8 weeks to clear.
 
Took the trip 2 days after i booked it....looks like I may have to wait a lttle longer. I will need to contact both Viator and QF, I suspect....:)
 
I think you need to wait a few weeks, I booked an activity earlier this year for 3 April and the points posted 13 May.
I have a couple more I did end November and am still waiting and I don't expect to see them till the first week of January.
 
You just have to be patient and wait. An activities booking I made for 31 October was credited to my account only on 16 December.

If you do need to chase it up go to QFF - they love chasing these things up because it means money for them!

Well, nearly 2 months later, still no sign of the QF points from booking a QF activity on the QF website. I emailed frequent_flyer@qantas.com.au over a week ago but still no response....annoying QF! Might need Red Roo's help :)

My two activities on 29 and 30 November both posted 19 January which is just after the 7 week mark. I think the T&Cs may have said it could take up to 8 weeks.

I'm beyond 8 weeks now since I did the activity :(
 
Booked and completed a Qantas/Viator activity January 2015. Never received the points, didn't have time to chase it up over the small amount of points. Will just avoid such further bookings in the future.

Ok, FYI and for future reference....missing points finally posted to my account this am. I spoke to a supervisor from QF FF yesterday (thanks Red Roo for getting her to call me :)) who after a bit of investigation, informed me that I needed to email my request to [email protected], which I did overnight, and the points posted this am. They did stress that you needed to wait 8 weeks after the activity date, which I was (just) beyond....
