Missing points for stay with Mirvac hotels

Does anyone know how long points usually take to be credited for stays with Mirvac hotels?

Well its been just over a year for me, lots of retro claims, calls/emails to Mirvac and the hotel and still no 7,000 points. I have never stayed at not will I EVER stay at another Mirvac hotel as a result of that.
 
Oh, doesnt sound to promising then! Was told during the stay that Accor are taking over all the Mirvac hotels in WA so hopefully will improve!
 
I deal with another Mirvac division (not hotels) on a daily basis, they are hopeless when it comes to contact.
 
Accor are not known for prompt or consistent points crediting. And forget them ever replying to enquiries.
 
Accor in the hotel world is similar to Air France..absolute shambles. I am yet to hear something consistently good about this group.
 
Note that the Sebel Cairns (Mirvac) does not give points for rooms booked at corporate rates... hence the reason my points didn't appear after 6 months of follow-up!

That's the same for the Sebel in Sydney.. But then the last time I asked it was Qantas FF points.. I didn't know they did Velocity.

You're right - I was just looking at new posts and didn't see this was in the Velocity section.
 
It's been a month and no points, so I just lodged my claim through Velocity for my missing stay. Hopefully won't take a year to post! [I had to ask 3 people at the front desk of the hotel to record the velocity number, as no one knew how to do it!]

Hi,

I am having the same issue with Choice Hotels, and also Hertz from around October last year.

Missing 5 stays at various Choice hotel properties - at each property my Velocity card was "swiped".

Have also down "retro" claims for 3 x Hertz rentals.

Lodged claims via Velocity website this week for all of the above.

A little annoying as this is the first time I had started to try and credit accomodation and car hire to Velocity, have been crediting to Qantas FF in the past. The fact that I never had any problems with the points posting in a timely manner through Qantas (same properties etc) - tells me that this is a Virgin processing issue ????

Guess we can just keep chasing them up.

I'm still waiting on points to post from two Hotel Club stays in November last year. I've lodged two retro claim's but haven't heard a peep out of anyone yet...
