My daughter recently completed a round the world trip in classes M and B with the following itinerary (as shown in her ticket)
SYD-KUL MH122
KUL-NRT MH88
NRT-EWR NW6008
EWR-CDG CO56
LHR-AMS KL1010
AMS-HKG KL887
HKG-KUL MH73
KUL-SYD MH123
The ticket was issued by Continental Airlines.
Of all the sectors only the last two have shown up in her Enrich account and therefore she's going to have to claim for missing miles.
The issues that she has:
1) Of all the boarding passes that she held onto, she doesn't have the boarding pass for the SYD-KUL sector although she does have the baggage tag. I'm hoping that this will suffice.
2) For her NRT to EWR sector, whereas her ticket is showing "North West" she's only got a Continental Boarding pass (obviously a code share flight).
3) For her EWR to CDG sector it too was a Continental flight but it does show on the boarding pass her Malaysian Airlines Enrich number.
I'm interested in other's opinions who might have had some experience with the Enrich program and missing miles.
