Missing leg in itinerary

just wondering why checkmytrip (& qantas 'my bookings') are not showing the NRT-HKG CX leg for my SYD-NRT-HKG-SIN-ADL-SYD trip?

I thought maybe it had something to do with being a CX flight however my HKG-SIN is CX and that shows up? For interest the remaining flights are all QF!

The TA assures me that it's locked in, however :?::?::?:

is this a bug or is it due to info sharing issues?

CX do not use the Amadeus booking system that www.checkmytrip.com references.

This is normal behavior.

If you want to see it on c/m/t, you could ask your agent or Qantas to insert an "information segment" into your Amadeus PNR.

Interestingly enough, I reserved SYD-NRT-KHH...TPE-HKG-SIN-SYD and all CX flights showed up in Checkmytrip and therefore MMB.

When I finally ticketed the fare I had changed it to SYD-NRT-KHH...TPE-HKG-SYD-BNE-SYD and Checkmytrip still shows the CX (and EG) segements. It might have something to do with the operator booking and how they enter it??? Not sure.

Unless the TA/Airline that does not use Amadeus refreshes the Amadeus PNR with any changes they will not show.

This is generally not automatic.
