Missing Flybuys fuel vouchers

Checked the app this morning to discover that not only are the bonus points offers that expired on Sunday gone (correct), so are my last four fuel vouchers (incorrect).

Is this just my issue, or is it happening to others?

We're aware of an issue affecting some Dollars Off Fuel (DFD) vouchers and fuel offers​

We are currently investigating reports that some members are unable to view eligible Dollars Off Fuel vouchers or fuel offers in the Flybuys app and website.

Yep, online chat timed out waiting for an agent so I will try again later.

Used only one yesterday but must be 4 or 5 missing. Will have a min $30 shop at Coles before needing fuel again so hopefully get a new one or issue rectified in time.
