Chase asked me to provide itin letter with current date as original was issued in 2022.

Since it is expired for non use . I can’t ask for a replacement with fresh date . Need to apply for renewal and file return . There is another substitute document. Which they could accept . All info is online .

Is this for a new application or have you been a customer in good standing for a long time and they’ve randomly asked for this again? Have they frozen all your Chase accounts in the interim? (I’m assuming you have other Chase accounts).
