Hi, recommendations please for which lounge to visit pre JL774 (0820am departure AEST) as QF Gold members. The JAL app says to use either the NZ or Marhaba lounge. As I see it our options are infact 3 lounges: NZ, Marhaba or QF lounge. As it's an early departure and likely still dark when we board, a runway/tarmac view isn't so relevant whereas decent breakfast/coffee options are.

I wasn’t aware that the NZ lounge was an option but according to the JAL website it looks like like JAL status or flying J or F will get you into the NZ lounge.
IF I had the option of all 3 I’d definitely choose the NZ lounge followed by the Marhaba with MEL J lounge in third place.

The JAL website says JAL status gives you access but since you have QF status then I think your only option is the Qantas Club.

There is an asterisk which says that oneworld sapphire also gets you access to Qantas Club. I think this asterisk is what applies to you.
