There must have been a bulk lot of passes sent out recently as there's a lot more on Ebay.
In some pictures you can even see the Macquarie logo.

A friend of mine seems to be having trouble with Macquarie honouring the 20k + 20k points promotion. Apparently they are offering 15k for each milestone.

Does anyone have a screen capture or link to somewhere that still shows the original offer? He'd be most appreciative.

Thanks in advance

2x QP finally arrived, 5 months after card activation and 1 phone call.
Just in time for MrsD and me next weekend in Sydney!
STILL waiting for second 20k points though!

Just thought I'd add applied in October 2013 (when deadline for spend was end of Feb 14). Got the card no questions asked in beginning of November, 20,000 bonus points and the lounge passes soon after, 20,000 bonus points soon after hitting the $5k target. Has been easy and trouble free. Unless another offer comes along I will hang on to the card until just before next annual fee is due.

My wife had to argue for the 20 + 20K, the threat of escalation to FOS with the copy of the offer via an email got many apologies double quick. But first statement has annual fee of $200 and points have yet to actually post, so email 2 sent off again with PDF of the offer. Sometimes it amazing to me Mac Bank actually make money!

Activated the card on 4 December, and spent the 5 k needed for the 20,000 bonus points by the end December. Have received the 2 Qantas club passes but no points from either spend or bonus. When I queried Mac Cards CSA they confirmed that requirements had been met for the base and bonus QFF points, but the explanation was that this would happen when the next statement after the qualifying spend is issued on 27 January.
I'm hoping this is how it works, as it does seem logical, but after reading this thread I won't be surprised if there is a fight to get the 55k points I now am owed.

Similar timing and explanation as me (although I received the regular accrued points each month). My points for this cycle have just posted and I still haven't got the bonus points, either the first or second 20k...

Everytime I've spoken to them they've confirmed I'm eligible. Time for another call...can not WAIT to cancel this card.

I got my second 20,000 points yesterday. No sign of QP passes

Just had an oh god moment......this card has a limit of 200k QFF a year correct? Rushing off to find anniversary date

Called yesterday. "Mr GCC" the points have not been transferred because the system says you have not provided your QFF number"

"well that's not correct. I provided it when I activated the card"

On hold... "I have checked with my colleague, who activated the card. He says he thinks he remembers you and you did not have the QFF number at the time"

:shock:WTF! "That's just wrong. Now I'm not saying your colleague is a liar, but.... I know my QFF number, why would I not provide it? And not only DID I provide on activation I spoke to your CSA on a subsequent occasion who confirmed that all requirements for both sets of 20 k bonus points were met and they would be transferred on my statement date"

yada yada yada escalated, sorry, blah blah. All points for spend and first 20k bonus to be transferred on Feb 3. Second 20k will be in line with T&C - 60 days after first $5k spent.

Amazing - get me out of here ASAP!

I received the second 20k this week, only about 10 days after I reached the $5k spend. So hopefully you won't have to wait the full 60 days

As with many others, my 2 lots of 20K have arrived.

No sign of the QP vouchers, not that I will use them, but they could be useful as gifts.

Looks like it will be SWMBO turn to get this card. 40k QF points for $99 fee and 2 x QF passes (which I've seen sell for $100 on flea-bay) seems like a no-brainer-of-a-deal

Just a quick question guys, I am wanting to apply for this card shortly... can someone confirm what exactly they mean by the account remains open? IE, can we collect the points and then cancel the card? do they automatically transfer to our QFF account and we can then cancel the card? or must the card remain open to use the points?
