Macquarie rip off Sydneysiders again

Well Macquarie aren't the only one jacking up fees. Down here in MEL, parking rates have recently increased. Daily short term rate up 13.5% from $37 to $42 (which went up from $35 about twelve months ago).

Slightly OT again.

I recently stayed at the Parmelia Hilton where Valet (undercover secure) parking was $35 per day. Asked about self parking to find that it was in the open, accessable to the world and was $35 per day also.
