I've just checked with HBA, and they don't have a left luggage service or luggage lockers available there.

Does anyone know of a left luggage or lockers in Hobart they could recommend while I'm there for six hours? Rather not have to wheel around my cabin bag sized Samsonite case for the duration, all help greatly appreciated.

One option is to hire a small car for the few hours and keep you stuff in that.

Balance the costs of the hire car (Rate, Fuel, parking etc.) against transfer (Taxi/Bus, left luggage cost).

Thanks for the suggestion, but there's one minor problem... I don't have a drivers license (insert collective shock here)

Seriously, 29yr old who doesn't have a drivers license is a bit of a shock. Taxi drivers, public transport, bikes and walking are my best friends.

There is a new Quality Inn hotel about 500m from the terminal, maybe if you asked nicely you could use their luggage room for a few hours?

Mayby try ringing/emailing the Tasmanian Tourist Board (or whatever it is called) - maybe they would have a feasible suggestion.

There are lockers at the Hobart bus terminal but that's in Brisbane Street in the centre of the city, maybe ok for you but depends on what you plan to do in the 6 hours you are there.
