Will be flying into LAX on Air NZ Business Class in June, connecting to Alaska Airlines First Class.

Given the Alaska lounge doesn't have showers, any suggestions please of where I could get a shower in transit?

How long is your transit? with, say, 3+ hours, a day rate at one of the hotels could do the trick. There may be more in this FlyerTalk thread: Lounges at LAX - Access, Showers, Questions, Which One? [Consolidated thread] - FlyerTalk Forums

In any case, I don't think that a domestic first class ticket on Alaska Airlines gets you lounge access anyway
Alaska Lounge access is free with a First Class fare...
As far as I'm aware, the only other lounge at LAX in Terminal 6 is the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge - which also doesn't seem to have showers.

In any case, I don't think that a domestic first class ticket on Alaska Airlines gets you lounge access anyway - unless you have Qantas status/Qantas Club membership and are connecting to/from a Qantas flight (or purchase an Alaska Lounge membership/pass).

I don't really know a solution for this, sorry. Hopefully somebody else that has been to LAX more recently than me will have an idea.

Alaska Lounge access is free with a First Class fare or a First Class award ticket (booked in A, D, F, I, or P class). Upgrades to First Class are not eligible.

Ah, thanks for clarifying - looks like Alaska Airlines is an exception in the USA on that.
