Lounge Access at Combined Accor Properties

I'll be staying at the Mercure Melbourne Albert Park who shares its premises with the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park. I noticed that the Pullman has an executive lounge open to elites, and was wondering whether I would have access to the lounge given I'm staying in the same building (albeit at the Mercure)?

Similar situation at BNE airport....no chance, but interestingly you can charge food and beverage to your room regardless of which hotel you are staying at
