I lost an item either in the ADL virgin lounge or in the plane, not sure which.
Virgin baggage services have checked and said it wasn't found on the plane. I've spoken to two Virgin baggage agents, and both insist that I need to check with the airport about lost items in the lounge.
However ADL airport are very firm that lost items in an airline lounge are the responsibility of the airline, not them. (And they checked anyway and say they dont have it.)
So wondering if anyone knows how I can check about lost property in the lounge? Or would a virgin baggage services search cover the lounge anyway?
