I am arriving from Paris on the Eurostar a few days before so will be in London, visiting BCN & TLS before Paris, as I am QF 2 I anticipate being airside around 6 hours before. Happy to arrange a table in the QF lounge P1 reserved seating area for all.

Nice gesture, I was able to arrange a similar thing in HKG and SIN for the Asian Lounge crawls. I HKG it also included champagne for around 10-15 of my travelling companions, and in SIN that was the flight when the words ‘what could possibly go wrong’ were uttered and it

Looking at your handle I am sure we have caught up in person on a couple of occasions. What was going to be a solo trip to the UK, go to a lounge crawl and come home now has Mrs&MissN in tow. Closer to the date I will reach via DM as we will be in Paris prior to heading to London via the Eurostar, if the timing works out maybe we can catch up in Paris.

Now eyeing up a side trip to Tallinn

Just a warning the Noah's are also planning a side trip to Tallinn so you may need to think about your dates if you don't want to bump into us. I have changed my handle however as a hint you have met my wife in the F lounge in SYD when we were travelling to NZ, you gave me the task of ensuring you made it to QF 2 in SIN during the 2023 lounge crawl. Finally, we were also on that ill fated flight in 2019 (ex SIN), there were around 5 P1's occupying the QF F cabin. I am also sure we have caught up at other events/ locations over the years.

Stuggart also an option for a later departure, although getting a bit paranoid now re BA cancelling flights.

I am getting there around 6 hours before QF 2 departure so around 3pm

I will be getting there early afternoon.

Give BA a call and ask to go to BUD instead. If you ring during the night (AU time) you are more likely to get the UK call centre who may see more options.

OK. Now on BA870 to BUD (J, Award). Will overnight there and fly onto Paris next mid morning on KLM - I knew having a stash of SkyTeam miles would come in handy one day!

Don't forget about the 300 mile rule.......... you can change the destination point to anywhere within 300 miles of TLS for free.
