I have made a booking on LAN from AKL-SYD for a couple of family members. When I go into "My Trips" on the LAN website to select seats, it comes up with a message "cabin or flight does not allow seat reservation". The booking was made directly through LAN and the flight has an LA flight number.
Any ideas if this is a glitch, and how I might be able to get around it? Or does LAN really not allow seat selection on this flight?
