It is nearly 1.5 months and I have called multiple times the Kris support line for being downgraded from an award J to Y due to our original flight from LAX to SYD getting cancelled. We got the last economy seats near the toilet to be home with the kids. Add to the misery we received our bags 3 days later. I have raised multiiple cases and was promised multiple times supervisor is going to call. No one calls. The number I have been calling is the award booking option since the other options eventually hangs up.
An tips on to escalate this to get adequately compensated .
