KLM Flight 810 CGK-KUL-AMS Business Class Seats Question

Looking at taking a KLM Flight 810 from CGK-KUL-AMS on Wed December 16th which is supposed to be a 777.


Does anybody know if this route has the new Business Class seats yet or are they still on the old ones?


Have found mixed information ...

I did a dummy booking for the date and the information is slightly conflicting.

Under the blub about 'choosing seats' it says:

Choose your World Business Class seat

• Sleeper seat: 190 cm long, up to 170-175 degrees reclinable
• Massage unit, privacy canopy, personal entertainment system and in-seat power

Which suggests the old seating.

However - the seat map is showing the new version - 2+2+2 with full flat 180 degree recline. So I don't know if this is a case of KL advertising angled recliners because that's a chance of what you might still get if there's an aircraft substitution, or whether they just haven't updated that bit yet.

Making the dummy booking wasn't easy - Indonesia didn't appear on the drop down menu for 'country of departure', and going through the UK/US site returned an error.

I had to google KLM indonesia to get to the .in site and the booking went through fine.
