And I'll be in there as well from 8:25pm assuming QF551 is on time and I don't get involuntarily bumped to QF959 (it's happened the last two times I've been on QF551-QF807). I don't think I've met you yet though?

Doesn't the lounge access for QP WP's work in BNE? or is it only MEL and SYD?

They need to see a boarding pass or scan the card. I believe not flying then no access.

In SYD last week I was using arrivals access into the Qantas Lounge and I showed my boarding pass on the way inside. She looked at it funny and I said "I have arrived from BNE" and she grabs my boarding pass and starts to stare at it. Oh a Platinum, you can go in the business lounge. "No thanks, I am happy to be in here".

She was a little rude but they do not need to try to too hard to be rude....
