JQ Points Claims not working ?

Hi,
Has anyone recently been able to successfully enter a missing points claim on the QF website for JQ flights?
Two weeks ago I had two sectors in JQ. I have had no issues submitting claims for JQ on the Qantas website before, and they were all credited - no issues. This time around, when I go an enter in the flight details, I get an error:

Claim processing error
It looks like something went wrong processing your claim request, contact the Frequent Flyer service centre with your flight details. Claim for another flight.

This happens for both legs.
I rang the QF number, and gave the details to the agent a week ago, and apparently she submitted them - I should expect to get the points in 14 days.
It hasn't been 14 days yet, so I'm not calling them just yet, but when I check the website using the Track Flight Claims option, I also get an error, where normally this would either say there are no claims, or that they are in progress:

View the status of your missing points claim
Only claims submitted in the last 60 days will be displayed here. Check your points activity for credited flights, or claim another flight.
We're experiencing some problems
Please try again or come back later. If you need further assistance contact the Frequent Flyer Service Centre.

I've had the same problem with a CX claim. I had to send an email and resubmit everything. I was advised that would take 28 business days to be reviewed. Still in that waiting period.
