JQ Contact email address?

Does anyone here know an email address for JQ - to pay compliments to service I received (yes believe it or not, I don't want to complain) from a JQ check-in agent.

I just want to make sure that it gets to the right person, rather than writing them a letter and posting it.

If anyone knows, please PM it to me if it shouldn't be posted in public.

I don't believe JetStar have an "official" Email address; it's one of their 'cost cutting' philosophies.

I suggest you post a letter to the Oz address on the website.

We should also be thankful they have a "13" telephone number, and not a "19" contact number - the strategy of many LCC's in other parts of the world!

P.S. I sent Jetstar a compliment (via the the post) recently, and although the response was rather adminstrative, I think they did appreciate it.

See if an email to one/all of these addresses yields anything:

Some people have said that feedback(at)jetstar(dot)com is JQ's official feedback email address, but having never used it, I can't say if it works or not.
