Arriving off SIN-JFK Terminal 4 at 18:50
We're flying onwards JFK-BOS. Thought we were smart by booking a Delta Airlines flight as it flies through the same terminal - booked a 22:30 flight.
Unfortunately Delta Airlines has just emailed us our flight has been cancelled and that our flight's been moved from 22:30 to 20:55!!!

That's dropped us to a 2 hour 5 minute connection time.
Separate tickets.
Australian citizen so won't be in one of the faster queues.
Not sure a business class ticket makes any difference with customs
This also assumes our SQ flight isn't delayed.

Are our chances of making our flight pretty slim?

What would you do?

1 - Take our chances and bolt our way through the airport? (The one factor in our favour is that both flights are in terminal 4)
2 - Book another airline with a slightly later time (There's two AA flights available at 21:59 and 22:30... albeit from diff)... and bolt our way across to terminal 5/8
3 - Stay overnight, fly the next morning

No terminal change cuts the time but I don't think anything than 3 hrs is comfortable.

Recommend stay overnight at one of the several hotels just outside the airport.

Stay overnight. Lots of flights from UK and Europe arrive at that time. Delta should refund or change tickets for free based on that schedule change.

Thank you for your advice everyone
Not sure whether this makes things more doable - the fact that my flight has been arriving 35-55 minutes early for the last week!
