How long has it been taking people to get their bonus points?

I reached the $3k mark about two weeks ago. Since then, I have had the first statement, but it did not include the bonus points.

Mine have already been posted and I haven't yet received my first statement. I did hit the $3K within the first week because I had some bills that I deliberately held off until I got this new card.

How long did it take people to hear whether they were approved for the card? Sent in copy of pay details last tuesday.

Interesting. I reached the required amount about a month ago now and still haven't received any bonus points.
Wondering if a call is required.....

I just called and asked when the points should appear and was told 6-8 weeks (or 60 days-ish) after reaching the $3k mark. I was told to call them up if this does not occur and they will escalate it.

Found out i was approved yesterday, now to just wait for the card to arrive and find $3k to put on it......

No, count me as another who was declined. I doubt I'll bother pursuing it (or any other Macquarie card).

You're missing some very easy and cheap points. Macquarie have been easy to deal with.

Can cash be loaded on this card so that it goes into credit? I have a purchase to make that exceeds my credit limit by $5000 so would like to top it up to achieve maximum points - my other Visa/MC aren't 1:1 for points.

I've been in credit a few times with this card, never by $5000 and never for very long.

I've done this.

Not in everyone's experience, obviously.

Apart from people's inital applications being rejected because they failed to meet the required criteria, there are very few reports of negative experiences.

This is the second time that I've applied (and been declined) for a Jetstar card. The first time was in August 2014.

One of the "factors that we may take into account" dot points on the latest letter mentions assets, yet they don't even ask on the application.

Based on Macquarie's attitude towards Redrob123, I'm just going to move on and forget about them.

If you dont meet their credit requirements, you're taking the right approach.

As I've already said, I've had no problems with multiple applications in 2015.

I have this one for the points. Can anyone tell me if / where I can see the points earned on line ? Doesn't seem to be available when I log in.

Points earned in the current cycle are available under Account Information - Reward Details

I've closed my account. But I know you could see the points somewhere via their online system.

Today's the last day to apply for this card. I just submitted my application - my 3rd cc application in the past 5 months. I'm a bit nervous as I've never applied for so many before!
