Same issue - received email and SMS from Cardserve saying my Jetstar card was approved despite not apply for one recently.

same thing but with Macquarie Hilton card. Just spoke to them and was assured that there is: 1. no security breach and 2. no hit to credit file. I asked how they could know this when they have no idea how it actually happened - heard crickets!
