If you accept this voluntary offer and change your booking, all passengers will be moved to the new flights immediately. If you want to change from the newly selected flights a Fare Difference and a Change Fee may apply. If you have purchased any extras, these will be automatically added to your new booking.
If you have selected a seat as part of a bundle, or paid for seat selection, including extra legroom or upfront seat and the same seat is available, it will be transferred to your new booking. Where your original seat is not available, you can either select a new seat or be allocated a seat at check-in. As seat prices might have increased since your initial booking, there may be an additional cost if you choose to select a new seat. Remember, if you are travelling with others, available seats may not be together.
No other expenses will be covered by Jetstar (e.g. change to accommodation) except where required by law. Please consider this carefully before making your decision. The Jetstar Voucher will be sent within 72 hours. The Voucher will be sent to the contact email address in your original booking.
Voucher Terms and Conditions
Vouchers are valid for 12 months which commences on the date you receive this/the email containing the voucher, for any available flight through
Jetstar.com (excluding bookings through Jetstar Connect). Vouchers can be redeemed towards payment for multiple Jetstar flight bookings until the value of the Voucher is exhausted up until the Expiry Date of the Voucher. After the Expiry Date, the Voucher will have no value and will not be accepted by Jetstar. Vouchers are non-transferable. When redeeming the Voucher, the person named on the Voucher must either be a passenger or a contact person in the booking. For more information visit our

Treat Vouchers like cash. Any lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced. Flights are subject to availability at the time of booking. The airline's Conditions of Carriage and Fare Rules apply to all bookings. See
