Booked one of Jetstars (Australia) 2 for 1 sale fares they had a few months ago and have just received email notification of changes to te flight times. Changed to 1hr earlier and 5min later.
Are either of these changes enough to be eligible for cancellation with refund on the basis that they are not suitable and neither are the alternatives they have offered?
