Also on 25 February, JQ58 from DPS down to BNE (B788 VH-VKE) has just reached Australia's coast near the Mitchell River National Park at 2100 AEDT so arrival is likely at 2352 AEST, 207 minutes behind schedule. The outbound flight was meant to depart BNE at 0720 this morning but took off at 1121 despite the aircraft having been stabled in Brisbane since 2008 last night.

Today is VKE's fourth day of operation on the JQ57/JQ58 roster.

A320 VH-VFI on the 1840 hours SYD - BNE (JQ820) was still doing the same at 2005 hours down 34R, so its deficit on arrival is likely to be at least 70 minutes.

VH-VWN (A321) on the OOL down to MEL JQ439, the 1455 hours, took off at 1758 with arrival suggested as 2106 hours, 171 late.

JQ797 (1635 hours MCY - MEL in the sky at 1757 hours) and the not far behind JQ569 (1640- hours BNE to MEL airborne at 1806) should respectively arrive at 2109, 69 late with VH-VGD and 2112, 67 late with VH-JQX.

This aircraft arrived three minutes ahead of schedule on JQ560 (the 0700 hours MEL - BNE) this morning but was then 29 late arriving MEL on JQ563.

The 1455 hours OOL back down to MEL, JQ439 will be delayed as a result.

The 2045 hours mid evening JQ570 (VH-VQE) from MEL up north to BNE is worse, having become airborne at 2204, so arrival is suggested at 2258 late tonight, 58 minutes behind schedule.

On Friday 15 March 2019, JQ504, the 0810 hours MEL up to SYD is expected to depart at 1020, 130 minutes late.

The 0700 hours SYD across to ADL, JQ762 has been cancelled.

A321 VH-VWQ took off from MEL at 0621 bound for SYD as JQ7524, which may be an empty ('ferry') flight.

JQ501, first of the morning's scheduled SYD down to MEL at 0600 is far worse as departure is not expected until 1215 hours. Arrival should be at 1355 instead of 0735, 380 minutes late. This will be a result of last night's storms in Sydney with aircraft and crews out of position, including diversions that Silvia, I and others found.

JQ992 from SYD to CNS, the 0615 is terrible with push back expected at 1355 this afternoon for arrival at 1605 instead of 0820 hours, 465 late.

There has been significant rain over several hours of a total of at least 45mm in both Brisbane and Toowoomba with the Gold Coast also receiving a drenching on Friday 15 March 2019. JQ425 (1830 hours early evening OOL down to SYD) took off at 2043 so arrival should be at 2254 hours, 114 late.
